Go Club Delft (Do 20.00, Café de Klomp, Binnenwatersloot 5, Delft)

The Delft Go tournament will be it's 8th edition this year. It will take place in the weekend of 8th and 9th of September. The tournament location is the same as last year. St. Olofs community center, located in the quite and attractive working class area the "Westkwartier" in Delft, is just 5 minutes walk from the train station.

The location is a beautiful working-class neighborhood of Delft dating back to the late 19th century. The neighborhood is quiet and it's location offers an ideal opportunity to get lunch in the beautiful city center of Delft. For those who just don't feel like walking, luch will also be available at the bar on the tournament location.

Saturday evening, after playing 2 rounds, most of you will be exhausted by their efforts. In order for you to build up some energy before getting a good nights sleep, the Go Club Delft organizes a dinner provided by "Koks Collectief Delft" (Delft Cooking Collective). They will prepare several delicious Dutch meals, at the location of the Go Club Delfts club evenings, Café de Klomp . After dinner you are free to stay at the café for a game and a beer.

New this year: three doors down from Café de Klomp, a take-away Indonesian Toko/Restaurant opened its doors. For those not fond of the traditional Dutch meals served by the Koks Collectief, it is an alternative, and you can still play a game and have a beer at the café.

Sunday September 9th

10:00 - 12:30 — Round 3 of the McMahon tournament
13:00 - 15:30 — Round 4 of the McMahon tournament
15:30 - 18:00 — Round 5 of the McMahon tournament
18:30 - 19:00 — Prize giving and lottery prizes
